Where to eat? Our top choices around Recoleta Park

"Where to eat?" A question that sometimes has way too many answers! As mentioned before, our Hotel is located not only in one of the most lovely areas in town, but also in a very strategic point, near from all kinds of restaurants (from food on the go, to fine gourmet dining and from eateries to hip trendy bars), most of them walking distance from Recoleta Park.

So this is why we want to offer you a list of the places we recommend, trust and we know you'll love too!
It will be our pleasure to assist you with directions, reservations and more so you can enjoy our neighborhood like a local!

Let's begin!

Croque Madame - Circulo Italiano
The "Circulo Italiano" (an italian-funded meeting point where italian art, history, culture and love for their country could be shared by italian inmigrants and argentines alike) was founded in 1873 and since then it is a testament of brotherhood between the two contries.
Located literally across the street from us at Libertad St 1264, you'll be first greeted by this wonderful French Academicism style mansion with an Art Nouveu flare, originally it belonged to the Leloir family (an aristorcrat family in Argentina, who built the house in 1903) and who  later awarded the house to the "Circulo Italiano" in 1944.

Inside this magestic place, you'll be able to find the Croque Madame bar & restaurant, an unique oasis with gardens in the middle of the city. This wonderful place is open from morning until late at night, giving you the chance to enjoy it pretty much all day long!

Entrance of the Circulo Italiano, just across the street from our hotel.

The great thing about this place is that you can enjoy just a drink in the gardens at the back or a full dinner experience as well, so whether you are alone or want to enjoy a romantic meal with your partner, this is a great option for all.
As their name states, their Croque Madame sandwich is something you have to try! (the bread is first cooked with butter on the pan...so you'll have to put your diet on hold for a while!
The loin meat with malbec and the salmon en croute with orange and honey sauce are options we highly recommend too.

They also offer a great deals of drinks, like the Aperol Spritz, making it an amazing place for bars lovers as well.
So if you want to mix food with art and history, this is your place!

COMO Quintana
Located just in the corner of our Hotel this cute little cafe is a great place if you, above all, love sweets, since they make their own pastries, we can asure you'll have a fest with their amazing cakes, pies and cupcakes among their salty options as well!
Usually during day time you'll find people from the neighborhood chilling reading the newspaper and enjoying the view (is located in one of the "5 corners", since in this intersection, 5 corners of 3 different streets meet together: Libertad St, Juncal St and Quintaa St)
We recommend of course their amazing cheese cake and anything with chocolate! , especially brownies! Also in their menu you'll find salmon rolls, bruschettas and creppes. This is a great place to go with the family.
